Euphoria

Going for an outing in Sept last weekend has become a kind of ritual for me. This is possibly the best time to enjoy The Sahyadri’s beauty in the form of some mammoth, peculiar shaped  hills painted in various shades of green, decorated with variety of wild flowers. Small forest birds along with their juveniles make the stage even more joyful with their melodious chirps  all around the jungle.

This year destination was Naneghat – ancient trade route between Kalyan, Nalasopara (Kokan) and Junnar (Plateau).
