Fort Rajgad : 11-12 Jan 2014
This was my 2nd visit to this fort after a gap of more than 12 years. Fort Rajgad was an administrative capital of Shivaji Maharaj for a long period of almost 25 years and why was it so can be easily judged by the expanse of fort, its impeccable fortification….all in all it was considered to be an invincible fort !!
Considering the huge area to be covered on the top, we trekked in the night to keep full Saturday and half Sunday in hand….however, even this time fell short. This gives us reason to visit this fort again which we all desperately want to !!

This is like a mini tour to Rajgad. Would love to visit the place some day.
